Deadline

The early registration deadline is June 30, 2009. You can register following the online procedure.

Fee

The registration fee (in euros) is:

     

The registration fee includes welcome buffet, coffee breaks, lunches and social dinner, but NOT accommodation.

For people attending the meeting for only one day the registration fee is 100 € (not including social dinner).

Grants

As usual, a limited number of Congress Attendance Grants (CAG) will be available for young scientists (under 35). Grants will include the registration fee and accommodation with full board (except for two dinners). If you want to apply for a grant please submit your abstract, your curriculum vitæ and a presentation letter from your research advisor before June 30 by e-mail (palermo2009@gidrm.org).

3x2 offer!

If 3 people from the same institution register for the conference, only 2 registration fees will be charged. This offer cannot be cumulated to Congress Attendance Grants.

Accompanying Persons

The fee is 100 € (not including social dinner), while the cost of the social dinner is 50 €.

Cancellation and refunds

Notification of cancellation must be sent to the congress email address (palermo2009@gidrm.org). By cancellation before August 15, 2009 90% of the registration fee wil be refunded. By cancellation after August 15, 2009 there will be no refund. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer.
