The early registration deadline is July 15th, 2015 delayed until July 19th, 2015.

The registration fee is in euros
The fee for non-GIDRM members includes IVA (22%)
The fee for GIDRM members is exempt from tax
A person who is applying for a new GIDRM membership is entitled to pay the fee for GIDRM members.
One Day Fee
It is possible to take part to the meeting for one day. The registration fee is 70 Euros. For information please contact email@example.com
If 3 persons from the same institution register for the conference, only 2 registration fees will be charged. This offer cannot be cumulated to Attendance Grants. To apply for the offer please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the names of the 2 persons who have already paid the fees; if everything is correct you will receive a discount code to register the third person for free.
A limited number of Attendance Grants will be available for young scientists (under 35). Grants will include the registration fee and accommodation expenses. Accommodation will be provided by GIDRM.
If you want to apply for a grant please submit your abstract, your curriculum vitae and a presentation letter from your research advisor before July 15th 19th by e-mail to email@example.com.
In the same message, please specify your arrival and departure dates for the hotel reservation (maximum 3 nights). If you wish/need to stay longer, you will have to pay for the extra nights. Young scientists awarded with Attendance Grants will automatically take part in the poster competition. Those who are not admitted to the grants will receive a coupon to benefit of the early registration fee also after the deadline of July 15th 19th.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the congress e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org). If cancellation is made before August 15, 2015, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. Afterwards, there will be no refund. All refunds will be processed after the congress. Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer.
