Please\, select those ones suitable for your contribution. \nPlease download the template and follow the style therein in writing your abstract. \nYou will be notified of the acceptance of your contribution by June 20\, 2024. \nDownload the template file \n \n  \n\n  \nOral Communications\nScientific contributions presented as oral communications must last a maximum of 15 minutes (12’ presentation followed by 3′ questions). \nThe official language of the meeting is English. \n  \n\n\nPosters\nThe language for posters is English. \nPosters preferred size: A1 (594 mm width x 841 mm height)\, maximum size: 700 mm width x 1000 mm height. \n  \n\n  \nPoster Contest\nAll posters presented by under 35 researchers are eligible to take part in the GIDRM poster contest. \nThe posters presented by young researchers who are entitled to an Attendance Grant are automatically part of the competition. \nPosters will be judged by a committee composed by all foreign invited speakers. \nThe winners of the Poster Contest will receive a prize and will present their posters as an oral communication of 10 minutes (7’ + 3’ dedicated to questions).  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Registration & Fees\n				Deadline\nThe early registration deadline is July 7th 20th 2024 \n  \n\n  \nFee\nThe registration fee\, which includes coffee breaks\, lunches and the social dinner\, is: \n  \n\n\n\n\n\nBefore \nJuly 7th 20th\, 2024 \n\n\nAfter \nJuly 7th 20th\, 2024 \n\n\n\nGIDRM Members\n320 Euros\n400 Euros\n\n\nnon-GIDRM Members\n400 Euros + IVA 22%\n480 Euros + IVA 22%\n\n\n\n  \nIt is possible to register for a single day at a cost € 150 for GIDRM members and of € 180 + IVA for non members. \nEven if you are a GIDRM member but still require the invoice you will have to add 22% VAT to the registration fee. A questo scopo è necessario che l’Ente invii al GIDRM copia della dichiarazione di esenzione IVA ai sensi dell’art. 10 del D.P.R. n. 633 del 26.10.72 e successive modificazioni e integrazioni.” \n\n  \nAttendance Grants\nA limited number of Attendance Grants (two of which sponsored by Fondazione De Marco) will be available for early career (under 35) researchers. \nIf you are an under 35 researcher and want to apply for a GIDRM grant\, please submit your abstract\, your curriculum vitae (using this template) and a presentation letter from your research supervisor before May 31th by e-mail to: firenze2024@gidrm.org \nGIDRM Grants will cover registration fee and accommodation expenses (accommodation will be booked by the organizers) and are intended for regular GIDRM members that have subscribed to the membership for 2024. \nA limited number of GIDRM attendance grants will be awarded after evaluation of the submitted documents. \n  \n\n\nCancellation and Refunds\nNotification of cancellation must be sent to the congress e-mail address firenze2024@gidrm.org ). \nIf cancellation is made before August 20\, 2024\, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. \nNo refund will be given for cancellation requests reaching the GIDRM after August 20\, 2024. \nAll refunds will be processed after the congress. \nRefund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Accommodation\n				Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee. \nParticipants are kindly invited to book their own hotel rooms. \nIMPORTANT: to save money and benefit from the best prices\, please book your accommodation in Florence as soon as you can.  \nA very limited number of rooms can be booked at the following agreed price: \nBreakfast included\, booking before 30/06/2024.
