From Florence Airport\, take the T2 tram towards the center of Florence and get off at the “San Donato-Università” stop (ca. 5 minutes). From this tram stop you can reach the conference venue on foot in a few minutes. \nBy Train \nFrom the main train station of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) take the T2 tramway towards the airport and get off at the “San Donato-Università” stop (ca. 15 minutes). From this tram stop you can reach the conference venue on foot in a few minutes. \nFrom the Firenze Rifredi train station\, the conference venue can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. \nBy Car \nNear the university buildings\, in Via Sandro Pertini\, you can find a paid underground car park (Parking SAN DONATO). Please name the file only with your surname. \nPlease download the template (in Word or OpenDocument format) and follow the style therein in writing your abstract. \nDownload Template File \nYou will be notified of the acceptance of your contribution by November 10\, 2025. \nOral Communications \nThe official language of the meeting is English. \nScientific contributions presented as oral communications must last a maximum of 20 minutes (15’ presentation followed by 5′ questions). \nPosters \nThe language for posters is English. \nPosters Preferred size: A1 (594 mm width x 841 mm height)\, maximum size: 700 mm width x 1000 mm height \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Registration and Fees\n				Deadline \nThe registration deadline has been postponed to November 25th\, 2025. \nFee \nThe registration fee\, which includes coffee breaks and lunches is: \n\nGIDRM or IMaSS Members: 120 euro\nGIDRM or IMaSS Members – Under 35 years old: 40 euro\nNon-Members: 120 euro + VAT (22%)\nNon-Members – Under 35 years old: 40 euro + VAT (22%)\n\nTo register\, you must complete the mandatory Google form before purchasing the corresponding ticket. \nMANDATORY GOOGLE REGISTRATION FORM \nOnce you have submitted the form\, you will be able to purchase the event ticket at the top of this page. \nTo purchase a member ticket\, you must have previously purchased the GIDRM/IMaSS 2025 membership. Otherwise\, only the non-member ticket will be available. Additionally\, you must be registered and logged into the GIDRM website to complete your purchase. \n\nIf you don’t have an account yet\, create one on the home page of the site by clicking on the red “Become a member” button on the right (the account on the old site is no longer valid) and selecting “Free Membership”\, then after logging in to your account\, return to this page and buy the ticket you want;\nIf you are already registered or a GIDRM member or you already have a GIDRM account on this website\, please login to your account and go to the top of this page and buy the ticket.\n\nThe registration fee can be paid by Credit Card or PayPal or Bank Transfer. If you are interested register using this link: \nGOOGLE REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE SOCIAL DINNER \nAttendance Grants \nTwo Attendance Grants will be available for early career researchers (under 35). \nIf you are a under 35 researcher and want to apply for a GIDRM grant\, please submit your abstract before October 15th and flag the “Attendance Grant request” in the GOOGLE REGISTRATION FORM (“Payment for meeting registration” box). GIDRM Grants will cover the registration fee and are intended for regular GIDRM members that have subscribed the membership for 2025. \nCancellation and Refunds \nNotification of cancellation must be sent to the congress e-mail address: info@imass.it (for IMaSS members) or to direttivo@gidrm.org (for GIDRM members). If cancellation is made before the 15th of November 2025\, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellation requests reaching the GIDRM after that date. All refunds will be processed after the congress.
