We are looking to hire a PhD student for 4y to work on a project supervised by Marina Carravetta (Southampton), Giuseppe Pileio (Southampton) and Ilya Kuprov (Weizmann) on 19F-NMR of fluorinated prolines.

The University of Southampton is one of the 100 best university worldwide. You will be part of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Magnetic Resonance (website under construction) that currently hosts 40 researchers among Principal Investigators, Postdoctoral Research Fellows, Research Engineers, and PhD students. The centre has also nine NMR magnets, an EPR instrument, ancillary custom-built equipment to perform shuttled-NMR, PHIP, SABRE, high-pressure NMR, solid state NMR, microimaging, and microfluidics NMR.

The salary is £20,780 per annum (with a slight increase every year) and the money are tax free hence the montly net salary is ~£1750.
We are looking for candidates that can start as soon as possible but the starting date can be agreed upon discussion with the team.
