Advances in NMR and MS Based Metabolomics

Lucca – November 20-22, 2019

The second meeting on Metabolomics organized by GIDRM in cooperation with IMASS will be held in Lucca from November 20th to November 22nd 2019. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (MS) are the most popular analytical methods used in metabolomics. The aim of this event is to expose to one another groups of the different communities working in metabolomics, to present and discuss new trends in metabolomics, to review the main statistical tools used for data analysis, to highlight those aspects of our understanding that are still on a shaky terrain, and to outline the future of the metabolomics community in Italy. Several topics ranging from analytical techniques to new fields of application will be discussed.
