It is not allowed to use our on-campus car park for participants, but there are nearby car parks less than 5 minutes by walk that cost 1 euro/day. You can find a short list of some car parking places below:

Abstracts
The deadline for abstract submission is May 31, 2026.
One page abstract (please use the Word template provided) 
and upload it in this Google form 
You will be notified of the acceptance of your contribution by June 17, 2026.
Oral Communications
The duration for oral presentations of scientific contributions is restricted to a maximum of 15 minutes, with precise timing information to be shared after the abstract has been accepted.
The official language of the meeting is English.
Posters
The language for posters is English.
Posters size must be 60 cm in width and 90 cm in height (please use the portrait format).
Poster Contest
All posters presented by under 35 researchers are eligible to take part in the GIDRM poster contest.
The posters presented by young researchers who are entitled to an Attendance Grant are automatically part of the competition.
A panel consisting of all international invited speakers will evaluate the posters.
Each of the 3 winners of the Poster Contest will receive a prize of 200 euros and will present their posters as an oral communication of 10 minutes (7’ + 3’ dedicated to questions).

It is possible to register for a single day at a cost € 150 for GIDRM members and of € 180 for non members.

Please note that to be entitled to pay the GIDRM member registration fee it is sufficient to subscribe the GIDRM membership for 2026.
To attend the event, you must purchase the ticket of your choice at the top of this page.
You must be registered and logged into the GIDRM website to purchase tickets.
To complete the purchase, you will need to complete the registration form.

After a succesful registration log in into your new account, return to this page and buy the ticket you want;

The registration fee can be paid by Credit Card or PayPal or Bank Transfer. In order to pay by bank transfer please contact pagamenti@gidrm.org

Attendance Grants
A limited number of Attendance Grants will be available for early career (under 35) researchers.
If you are an under 35 researcher and want to apply for a GIDRM grant, please submit your abstract ONLY IN WORD (.doc) FORMAT, your curriculum vitae (using this template) and a presentation letter from your research supervisor before May 31th 2026 using this Google form module
These grants are specifically designated for regular members of GIDRM who have enrolled in the membership for the year 2026.
GIDRM grants will cover for either the registration fee or accommodation expenses (accommodation will be booked by the organizers), or potentially both, based on the available budget.
Attendant Grants will be allocated by 17 June 2026.
Students applying for a grant are kindly requested to wait for the results before proceeding with registration.
Those who are awarded a grant will receive a code for their registration process.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notification of cancellation must be sent to the congress e-mail address caserta2026@gidrm.org
If cancellation is made before August 20, 2026, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be given for cancellation requests reaching the GIDRM after August 20, 2026.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfer.
Accommodation
Accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
Participants are kindly invited to book their own hotel rooms.
IMPORTANT: to save money and benefit from the best prices, please book your accommodation in Caserta as soon as you can.
