Type of position: Fellowship (one year, with possibility of renewal)
Subject area: Protein expression and purification for structural (NMR, X-Ray) and biophysical (MST, ITC, SAXS, Cryo-EM) studies
Description: A fellowship is currently available in the Biomolecular NMR laboratory at S.Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milano, Italy.
Requirements: Qualifications include a B.S. in biological sciences, biotechnology or chemistry. Experience in molecular biology and/or biochemistry, protein expression and purification is essential. Experience in expression and purification of membrane proteins is highly appreciated Experience in biophysical and structural biology methods (e.g. ITC, NMR, Analytical Ultracentrifugation, X-ray, cryo_EM) and/or cell biology is considered a plus.
Good organizational skills, ability to focus on multiple priorities are required.
